Online Sales Policy
Evelyne Talman’s return policy allows a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we will not be able to issue a refund. Exchanges/store credit cannot be issued for online purchases at this time.
Eligibility for a refund requires that your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must show no sign of wear (i.e. deodorant or makeup stains). Evelyne Talman also requires that all original tags are attached, and receipt/packing slip is included. If the item(s) returned are not in compliance with the above return policy, Evelyne Talman reserves the right to refuse the return.

All items must be delivered back to Evelyne Talman within 14 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking. Items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be issued. After 14 days, we will be unable to accept returns.
